Gada Mace Swing Combinations. This is a demonstration of the 7 kg Gada Mace, I realised a while ago after working a lot with Persian Meels, that the Gada Mace and the Indian Jori are basically long clubs, so I started messing around looking for variety in mace swinging, and this video is it about that.

2 x 7 kg Gada Mace

You will see single mace swinging using one and two hands. Followed by 2 x 7 kg Gada Mace, which can be used to mimic swinging a pair of Indian Jori.

10 kg and 14 kg

Next, a few variations on the back view using a 10kg mace, followed by a 14kg mace.

I find that I can swing the 7kg and 10kg maces comfortably with one and two hands, then working up to the 14kg I am much more comfortable using both hands in the traditional way.
