Hungarian Hammer. My first attempts at swinging the Hungarian Hammer following explanations during my lesson on Saturday in the correct way to swing the hammer.
A Humbling Experience

Travelling with a Hungarian Hammer
I was given a Hungarian Hammer by Tamas Kaczmarski to bring back to Australia. Here it is ready to travel.
Ready to travel back to Australia
I like the idea of this essentially combining a kettlebell swing with a mace swing. I will be interested in seeing how you progress with this and perhaps seeing other movements in the future. 😊
Is there any history on the Hungarian Hammer? If so could I get a link?
Hi Chad, Read more about the Hungarian Hammer in my interview with Tamas Kaczmarski https://indianclubs.com.au/people/tamas-kaczmarski/
