Indian Clubs float don’t they?
It’s a hot day in Perth, Western Australia, so I decided to swing Indian Clubs in the pool.
This is the first time I have tried to do this and I found that hitting the water with the tip of my clubs was surprisingly challenging, and great fun.
The open arm overhead half circles are very challenging as the clubs crashed into the water and submerged before I could pull them back up.
The small back circles were performed so that the clubs would just hit the surface of the water, which creates extra resistance.
The straight arm wrist circles worked in a similar way to the back circles.
