Upside Down Heart Shapes with Body Turns
Upside DOWN Heart-shapes with 180-degree body turns swung using circles #1 and #5. The clubs change direction smoothly from inward to outward swings with each turn. Inward and outward transitions are made both clockwise and anticlockwise on the Z-axis. Timing is crucial. The straight arm circle #1 and the back hip circle #5 must swing in a synchronised manner. Meaning that you have to slow circle #5 using grip friction to keep time with circle #1. Including 50% slow motion at the end of the video.
