Celebrating my 74th Birthday – Indian Clubs on the Beach

74th Birthday. How time flies. I feel very fortunate to have the ability to swing Indian Clubs, Persian Meels and the Gada. When I started to swing years ago, I became a lifelong student and still swing on a daily basis. Little did I know that prostate cancer would come knocking in 2017 and rear its head again at the end of 2022. Both times, I became very weak during and after treatments, and then I rebuilt my strength and endurance. Indian Clubs, Persian Meels and the Gada, have become my daily mental and physical therapy.

A big thank you to everyone who follows my videos, it means a lot.
