Grip

How to hold and grip an Indian Club.

Movements Explained

Movement explained, Outward, and Transverse.

Correct Breathing

Breathe in on the upswing and out on the downswing.

Rhythmic

Swing and breathe rhythmically to the Drum Beats.

Eyeball the Club

Swing from your shoulder, turn your head with each swing so you can eyeball the club at shoulder level on your left and right. Do not look up or down.

Counterbalance

Make sure you counterbalance the club by leaning your upper body away in the opposite direction when you swing. Do NOT lean into the swing.

    really informative I would like to purchase drum beets in hard copy cd or cassett .is that possible I don’t know how to use links I would like a hard copy is that possible.If you would make me one I would send you money order and happily pay postage……sincerely Mark Pigeon

      Thank you for your message. I no longer have a dvd/cd burner, which means that I cannot provide you with a hard copy of my drumbeats.
