Gada Mace Swing and Squat Exercise. I have completed twelve radiation sessions and am training daily to keep as fit as possible during the treatment.
I’m weaker due to medication and swing a 7kg gada in this video.
I swing the 7kg gada mace twice (2) and then squat on the third swing.
