Gada Mace Swing and Squat Exercise. I have completed twelve radiation sessions and am training daily to keep as fit as possible during the treatment.

I’m weaker due to medication and swing a 7kg gada in this video.

I swing the 7kg gada mace twice (2) and then squat on the third swing.

The timing of the exercise is crucial, and proper form must be maintained throughout to avoid injury.

As I progress and become more comfortable with the rhythm, I switch to a continuous swing and squat.

Prostate cancer treatment can be physically and mentally exhausting, leaving you feeling weak and fatigued.

Swinging the Gada Mace is one way to stay active and build strength.
