Circle 4 Donuts

Circle #4 is a front wrist circle that can be swung outward, inward and parallel.

The club always passes on the outside of the forearm.

I am swinging Circle #1 (straight arm) with Circle #4 creating a circle within a circle.

That is why I have called this video Circle #4 DONUTS.

The Indian Clubs I use in this video are for sale, see below for details.

Copied from a 150-year-old original club

Back in 2014, I was fortunate to view, swing and copy an original Indian Club made by Sim D. Kehoe circa 1860. I was so impressed with the design and how it handled during exercise that I have been making and swinging these clubs ever since.

Amazing Design

Considering that Kehoe’s clubs were designed 150 years ago. No technology and no computers to help. The handling properties of these clubs is truly amazing. I had the opportunity to swing a huge selection of Kehoe’s in a private collection and this design was a standout.

Hand Turned

I turn these clubs on an old lathe, in the same way, they were made 150 years ago. Everything is hand-turned and hand-crafted from start to finish.
