Double – Front and Back Circles

This routine is designed to swing each circle twice – double everything.

Circles

  1. Straight arm front circle #1
  2. Closed arm back shoulder circle #2

Four Sections

There are four sections and each one is repeated twice.

The Sections are:-

    1. Outward
    2. Parallel Right
    3. Inward
    4. Parallel Left
    5. Outward

Designed as a Loop

It’s a loop where I start synchronous and transition to asynchronous in each section TWICE, then transition to the next part, eventually coming back to the beginning.

Challenge

Double – Front and Back Circles. It is challenging to keep swinging double everything, I kept making mistakes and slipping in single circles at first, great mental gymnastics.
