Darkest Clouds

2017 was filled with the darkest clouds I had ever imagined with my prostate cancer diagnosis, and subsequent chemotherapy and androgen suppressants.

The Effect

The effect it had on my family was huge, as you can imagine.

Daily Therapy

I vowed to myself that I would train every day no matter what, and I did. Indian Clubs and the Gada (mace) were my daily therapy.

Now 15 months later my wife Lynn and I are beginning to relax as we travel and discover new places, it is JUST so good to feel alive and kicking… OH YEAH!
