Indian Clubs – Wrist Circle #3

Circle #3 is a wrist circle that can be built into many combinations and routines.

Start by holding the clubs upright with straight arms held parallel to the floor.

The clubs are swung using gravity pull and forearm supination. In other words, twisting the forearm until your palm is facing upward. Avoid bending your arm at the elbow.

  1. Dropping them away from the body, club passing behind the arm.
  2. Dropping them into the body, club rising behind the arm.

Rookie mistake:- Swinging too fast.
